Terms of Sale

These terms govern your purchase and use of SaaS Sketch (the “Service”), operated by [Your company legal name], [Your business address] (“we”, “us”). By buying a plan or using the Service, you agree to them. Please read the refund section carefully: our refund guarantee depends on what you do, not on how you feel.

1. What you’re buying

SaaS Sketch is an educational toolkit to help you build and launch a small software business with AI. Depending on your plan, it includes your site, a personal plan built from your quiz answers, a step-by-step method with the tools to apply it, and, on the 3-month and Lifetime plans, an AI assistant. It is a digital product delivered online. Features may evolve over time; we won’t remove a core feature from an active paid plan without notice.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to buy a plan.

3. Plans, prices and billing

Prices are in euros (EUR) and may exclude taxes, which are added at checkout where required. Your bank may convert the amount to your own currency. Payments are processed by Whop, and your purchase is also subject to Whop’s terms. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Whop account; cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We may change prices for future periods with at least 14 days’ notice by email.

4. No income guarantee

We do not promise that you will make any money. Any figure shown in the quiz, on the site or in our videos (including your “potential”) is an illustrative estimate built from your own answers, not a prediction, a promise or a typical result. Most people who start a business earn little or nothing at first, and many never do. Your results depend on your idea, your market, the time and effort you put in, and factors outside anyone’s control.

5. Refund policy: the action-based guarantee

We refund people who do the work and still don’t get a result. To be eligible for a refund, you must have actually applied the method we give you: follow its steps, put your site online with a working way to pay, then publish at least three (3) short videos per day, for three (3) consecutive days (so at least nine videos in total), on TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts, from an account you control, each video presenting your product and pointing to it. If, after doing all of that, you have still not made your first sale, you can ask for a refund. To do so, email us at support@example.com from the address used at checkout, within 14 days of your purchase, with the subject “Refund request”, and include: the link to your live site; the links to all your videos (they must still be public, with their posting dates visible); the handle of the account that posted them; and a screenshot of your payment dashboard (Whop, Stripe or other) showing zero sales over the period. We review every request within 5 business days. If the conditions are met, we refund the full amount you paid for your first billing period through the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days, and your access ends. Requests are refused if the conditions aren’t met or can’t be verified, including when videos are missing, deleted, private, reposted from someone else, generated by bots, posted on accounts you don’t control, or unrelated to your product, or when a sale was made. Renewals of a subscription are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to avoid the next one. One refund per person and per payment method.

Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under the mandatory consumer laws of your country. Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal for digital content, you agree, by accessing the Service immediately after purchase, that access starts right away and that this right ends once access has begun, to the extent the law allows.

6. Your account

Your access is linked to the email used at checkout. On this site, your sign-in and quiz answers are stored in your own browser; clearing your browser data signs you out, and you can sign in again with the same email. Keep your access to yourself: plans are for one person.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t resell or share the content, scrape the Service, use it to break the law, or use the AI assistant to create content that is illegal, deceptive or harmful. Any product you build and market is your responsibility, including following advertising and consumer protection rules (for example, disclosing paid partnerships and not making false income claims).

8. Intellectual property

The Service and all of its content belong to us and are licensed to you for personal use while your plan is active (forever for Lifetime). What you build with them, your site, your product, your videos, is yours.

9. AI output

The AI tools and the AI assistant rely on third-party AI models. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Check it before you rely on it, especially for code, legal, tax or financial matters.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one in force on the date of your purchase or renewal.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of [State / country], without prejudice to mandatory protections of your country of residence. Questions: support@example.com.
