This policy explains what [Your company legal name] (“we”) collects when you use SaaS Sketch, and why. Short version: we collect as little as we can, and we don’t sell your data.
What we collect
- Your quiz answers and sign-in email: stored in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers your plan. They stay on your device unless you clear them.
- Purchase details: when you buy, Whop collects your email, name and payment details to process the payment. We receive your email and purchase status, never your full card number. See Whop’s privacy policy.
- Refund requests and support emails: the information you send us, used only to answer you.
- Ad measurement (optional): only if you click “Allow” on the cookie banner, an advertising pixel measures which videos bring visitors. If you decline, it is not loaded.
- AI assistant messages: what you type to the assistant is sent to our AI provider to generate answers.
How we use it
To deliver the Service, process payments and refunds, answer support, measure our marketing (with your consent), and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Our payment processor (Whop), our hosting provider (Vercel), our AI provider, and, with your consent, our ad platform. Nobody else, and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
Purchase records as long as the law requires (usually several years for tax). Support emails for up to 2 years. Browser data until you clear it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing support@example.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, the UK or the EU), you may have extra rights, including complaining to your data protection authority.
